the artist

I was raised in a family that valued creative exploration, and it's something that I hold dear as a requirement for living a life that feels like mine. With everything I make, I hope to demonstrate that a broken and mixed-up life can somehow be made into something beautiful and amazing, like making a lovely piece of jewelry from a pile of confused and jumbled rings.

the work

Unless otherwise specified, all work presented here is my own. The one exception to this is with the design of the chainmaille weaves. I may design a certain color scheme or configuration for a piece of chainmaille, but 99% of the weaves I use were designed—in some cases, centuries ago—by someone else.

the product

All chainmaille is entirely handmade from quality materials. Rings are woven together one-by-one, and careful attention is paid to the fitness of the work throughout the making of each piece.
